Returns/Exchanges wants all our customers to be happy! With this in mind you can Return any item for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date. All this with no Restocking fee!!!



To process a return, just request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from us by either emailing us or filling out our Return Form.

After you notify us of the return we will send you an Email with your RA# and a return shipping label, that you can just print out. Then just tape the box up, put the return-shipping label on the box and drop it off at any UPS location. For the closest UPS location nearest you, call 1-800-PICK-UPS.

Please note, there are some limitations to our Return policy, see below: 

  • Returns cannot be processed without a Return Authorization (RA) and the return authorization number should be clearly marked on each box.
  • Only items that are "Like New" will be refunded.
  • Absolutely no returns on printed, washed or decorated merchandise. Garments should be inspected prior to decorating.
  • Socks may only be returned if the packaging they arrived in has not been broken.
  • We cannot accept any returns on underwear (boxers, briefs, thongs, camisoles, etc.).
  • Alaska and Hawaii as well as AA, AE, or AP (APO/FPO/DPO) orders will not receive a free return shipping label. These orders must be returned at your own expense.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are not refunded.


No credit will be given until merchandise is received into our warehouse. Inspection of the returned items can take 5 - 10 business days. Combining your shipping time, inspection time, and your bank's credit processing time it could take 7-21 days to have your refund issued.


Problem with Order or Major Defects:

We try our best to not have any problems or issues with our orders but we are human so if they do arise just let us know. Please report packing error and manufacturer defects to within 72 hours of receipt of order. All products are "First Quality" and sold as free of major defects. If there is a major defect with any of your items, contact within 72 hours of receiving your order. 


Cancellations and Changes

Once you place your order, we start processing it right away to get shipped out. Due to our fast shipping, we can't cancel or change an order once it is placed. Please contact our staff for help regarding this.


Orders not Delivered:

If an order is not delivered by UPS, FedEx, or USPS and returned to our warehouse, the Returns & Refunds policy is in effect.



We do not offer direct exchanges. So we ask customers to place a new order and then return the unwanted items. Just return the items as instructed above. Then Place a new order for the item(s) you want.
