FREE SHIPPING

We offer same day shipping for all items in stock! 98% of orders can be delivered in 1 or 2 days at NO EXTRA CHARGE! See map below for our Transit Times.

We give you FREE SHIPPING when your Cart total is $59 or over. Orders under $59 are just charged a flat rate of $9.97. So you can buy 1 piece or 500 pieces and your shipping will just be $9.97 or FREE!!! It’s that easy!

Our customers always wonder, how we are shipping so fast with great prices and excellent service. So we have provided you with some quick answers to these Frequently Asked Questions.

You may ask, Why is shipping so cheap?

The answer is simple. We have a wholesale shipping account and we just pass on the saving to our customers! So we offer the lowest total price by charging the lowest price for products and the lowest price for shipping. This is cheaper for our customers than hiding shipping costs in our product prices.

How are the shipping times and dates calculated?

Our dates come directly from UPS based on your shipping address and our 3 closest warehouses. That means at least 3 warehouses could deliver your order by this date. All this at FactoryDirectShirts.com with super low pricing on all your items.

*Note: Alaska and Hawaii as well as AA, AE, or AP (APO/FPO/DPO) orders are excluded from the above offer. We only ship to AA, AE, AP, AK, and HI using UPS SurePost (delivered by USPS) or USPS Priority Mail.Those shipping fees are not calculated in the cart. You will have to contact us by email at info@factorydirectshirts.com, if you are requesting a shipping rate.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order status by sending us a request through our "Contact Us" page or send us an email to: info@FactoryDirectShirts.com.  We will then send you a UPS or FedEx Tracking Number via email the same day or within 24 hours after your order ships.

What time should I place my order by to receive same day shipping?

Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1:00 pm local warehouse time are usually shipped the same day. All orders placed after 1pm will ship the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday except on holidays.

Am I charged extra for "split" or "partial" shipping?

Never. The S & H charge is final. Almost all orders ship from one warehouse. Your order may arrive in separate shipments and if we need to ship from more than one warehouse, you only pay the flat shipping fee of $9.97, unless your order qualifies for free shipping and you pay nothing!

We have 9 warehouses across the U.S and we will ship from the closest warehouse available for your location.

I live near one of your warehouses; can I just pick up my order?

No, we don't have a customer counter at any of our locations. Our warehouses are not open to the public. No customer pickup or showroom available.

Do you ship Internationally?

We only ship within the USA. No international orders.

Do we ship COD? 

No we do not accept COD orders.
